These terms govern use of this website and clarify what a property submission does—and does not—create.
1. Acceptance and eligibility

6. No guaranteed result or deadline protection
We do not guarantee that a property qualifies, that an offer will be made or accepted, that title can be cleared, that a lender will approve or ignore a transfer, that a seller will be released from a loan, that a refinance or payoff will occur, or that a closing will happen by any date. Contacting us does not stop foreclosure, eviction, tax sale, bankruptcy, probate, court, insurance, HOA, or contractual deadlines.
7. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may use the site for lawful personal and business inquiry. You may not interfere with security, automate abusive submissions, scrape personal data, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, or use content to mislead. The site design, original text, graphics, code, and brand elements are owned by or licensed to us and may not be republished as your own without permission.

Disputes concerning a signed transaction are governed by that document. We may update these Terms prospectively; continued use after an update accepts the revised website Terms.
